SecantX AI is an AI-powered quantitative analysis tool designed to provide market insights, technical analysis, and educational content to support trading research and learning. The Service includes:

• Multi-modal interaction through text, voice, and visual analysis
• Market data analysis and quantitative tools
• Educational guidance and learning features
• Backtesting, portfolio analysis, and risk assessment capabilities

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

IMPORTANT: The Service provides informational and analytical tools only. We do not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading signals.

All information, analysis, market insights, and educational content provided by the Service are for informational and research purposes only. You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions. We strongly recommend consulting with qualified financial professionals before making any investment decisions.

The Service does not execute trades, place orders, or have access to your brokerage accounts. Any analysis or insights provided should be independently verified and considered as one of many factors in your research process.

Trading and investing involve substantial risk of loss. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You may lose some or all of your invested capital

• AI-generated analysis may contain errors or inaccuracies
• Market conditions can change rapidly and unpredictably
• You accept full responsibility for all trading decisions made

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Not share your account with others or allow multiple users to access a single account

The Service operates on an Asks (credits) based system:

• Asks (Credits) Purchases: All Asks (credits) purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or in cases of technical issues preventing service access.
• Asks (Credits) Usage: Asks (credits) are consumed based on query complexity and data requirements. You are responsible for monitoring your Asks (credits) balance.
• Expiration Policy: Monthly plan Asks (credits) expire at the end of each billing cycle. Top-up Asks (credits) purchased separately do not expire and remain in your account indefinitely.
• Pricing Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice to users.
• Payment Processing: Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors subject to their terms and conditions.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Attempt to circumvent security measures or access restrictions
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service to transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

The Service, including all content, features, functionality, software, and design, is owned by SecantX Labs and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not grant you any rights to use our trademarks, logos, or branding without our prior written consent.

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, or availability. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• AI-generated analysis will be accurate, complete, or up-to-date
• Defects will be corrected or that the Service is free of viruses or harmful components
• Results obtained from using the Service will be reliable or profitable

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SECANTX LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Trading losses or investment losses of any kind
• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Loss of data or information
• Errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated analysis
• Service interruptions or downtime

Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SecantX Labs, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your trading or investment decisions

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@secantx.ai. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of unused Asks (credits).

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through a notice in the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SecantX Labs operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration association, except where prohibited by law.

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SecantX Labs regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
